Tombstone from XV century, from the times of the e Tombstone from XV century, from the times of the end of Bosnian Kingdom and start of Ottoman Empire rule in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The obelisk is decorated with very interesting motifs. It originates from the second half, or the end of the 15th century, and is considered to belong to a local feudal lord who eventually accepted Islam (M. Filipovic, 1928). The obelisk is in the shape of a nišan, but the ornamentation is similar to the decorations on the stećak tombstones. BE #WILDINTHEBALKANS
